There is one address here, and it reaches a person. Some of what people write in about is quicker to do yourself, so that comes first.
Support, data protection and everything else reach the same person. There is no second mailbox to choose between.
- Your account
Export everything held under your account as a file, or erase the account and the personal data in it. Neither needs a request to us.
- Delete an account without the app
The same erasure, from any browser, with nothing installed. A subscription is a separate thing and is cancelled in Google Play, not here.
- Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are asked for in Google Play, and a subscription is cancelled there too. The one case that comes to us instead is set out on that page.
Write from the address on your account, or name it in the message. Without it a request cannot be matched to an account, and that is what holds one up. If it is about one reading, say which.
