Frequently asked

How are fated dates calculated?

We take your natal chart and compare it against a chart cast for every birthdate in your chosen year. Each date is averaged over six candidate birth times, then each run of above-threshold dates contributes one representative date. At least three separated periods are returned; additional meaningful periods may extend the list up to the selected cap. See the Methodology.

What do I receive after purchase?

A ranked list of distinct strong periods from the complete yearly scan, each with its representative birthdate, the exact synastry contacts behind it, Ananke signatures and an hour-level birth-time band.

Do I need my exact birth time?

No. With a known birth time your own natal Moon is more precise; without it we calculate across your stated birth-time window and rank dates by the average. Separately, each candidate birthdate is always averaged over six possible birth times for the other chart — never one guessed midday value — and the yearly order is marked as an estimate.

How precise is the ranking?

Planetary positions are computed from Swiss Ephemeris data to high numerical precision. The order of birthdates it produces is still a symbolic model; when your birth time is uncertain, both the order and the birth-time band are clearly marked as estimates.

Can I scan any year?

Any year from 1950 to 2040. Remember that the year you pick is a candidate birth year, so it can sit before your own — and a later year simply means candidates who are younger, or not yet born.

Is this compatibility, or synastry?

Synastry — that is exactly what it is. Every date is scored by comparing your natal chart against a chart cast for that birthdate, using the same two-chart core. The standalone Synastry report runs that comparison once, against one real person's chart; Fated Dates runs it across a whole year of birthdates.

Why does the number of dates vary by year?

Every year still has 365 or 366 calculated birthdates. Consecutive strong dates are grouped into one period and only that period's representative date is listed, so a year with more separate strong periods returns more dates. In a quieter year, a few of its strongest local periods are included so the reading remains useful. See the Glossary.

Is this predictive astrology?

It is a symbolic interpretation built on real astronomy — not a deterministic prediction of events. See the Astrology Disclaimer.

How is my data handled?

We use your birth details only to compute your reading, and you can export or delete them at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund?

Readings are one-time digital purchases. Refunds apply if a technical fault prevents delivery. See the Refund Policy.
